How long do the herbal supplements take to work?

1. Place 30g of Seamoss into a bowl with fresh water

2. Work the Seamoss through your fingers to untangle and clean in

3. Empty the water, then recover the Seamoss with fresh spring water.

4. Add a cut lime and leave it soak for around 3 hours. The Seamoss will expand to 5x the original size

5. Scoop out the Seamoss and place into a blender

6. Add around 300ml of spring water to just about cover the Seamoss and blend for 2 to 3 minutes until the texture is smooth.

Voila! You can place the Seamoss gel into a glass container and it will stay fresh for up to 1-month.

You can eat the Seamoss gel by itself as the taste is mild or you can use it as a face mask applying an even thin layer for 20 minutes
