Lions mane is a natural cognitive enhancer known to improve memory, creativity, focus, mood and help nervous system related issues.

For general cognitive enhancement we recommend using 0.75g per day. If recovering from a nerve issue, treating ADHD or anxiety we recommend 2g per day.

The active compounds in lions mane are water soluble so we use a hot water extract to avoid any unecessary alcohol processing

Extraction ratios are not actually important as they only tell you how efficient the process is rather than how much lions mane you are consuming. For example, a brand claiming a 100:1 extraction ratio could use 100g of lions mane, waste 99g of it and claim 100g was used to make 1g of extract.

Lions' mane has exploded in popularity which has led to a lot of suppliers making exaggerated untrue claims. You should not believe anyone that tells you lions mane is a cure all.
