How to use our Herbs

All of our teas and powders are safe to consume together so you can combine them in the same cup of tea if you prefer

Moringa Seeds
1. Peel the seed and eat it raw followed by a glass of water which will taste sweet.
2. Ground the kernels to create a powder which can be added to food and drinks
3. Toasting them lightly in a healthy oil can "pop" them like how popcorn pops, they can be a surprisingly tasty little snack
4. Brewing hulls in a teapot can help detoxify your bladder.

Black Seed Oil
Step 1 {hide the taste)
Squeeze 4ml (3 droppers) of our pure black seed oil and 2-3ml of our extra strong black seed oil under your tongue
Step 2
Drink some juice or tea
Step 3
Mix it in your mouth and swallow together

Shilajit
Step 1
Scoop Shilajit into a mug. Pea size amount for pure shilajit and peppercorn size amount for ultra pure shilajit
Step 2
Add water to taste and leave to dissolve
Step 3
Stir then enjoy the benefits
Bonus tip
Add lemon or honey to flavour

Butterfly Blue Tea
Step 1
Brew 1 teaspoon of blue tea petals in hot water for 10 minutes
Step 2
Strain tea into a mug
Step 3
You can add lemon for flavour and to change its colour
Safe to drink hot or cold as an iced tea

Full Spectrum Seamoss
Step 1: Wash 15g of seamoss and leave to soak in water
Step 2: After 2 hours of soaking, the seamoss will expand
Step 3: Scoop seamoss into a blender and blend for 2 minutes
Step 4: You can place the Seamoss gel into a glass container and it will stay fresh for up to 1-month.
Take 2 teaspoons per day.

Lions' Mane Mushrooms
Step 1
Scoop 1/3 of tsp of Lions Mane into a mug
Step 2
Add hot water
Step 3
Stir and enjoy mental clarity

Brahmi
Step 1
Scoop 1 teaspoon into a mug
Step 2
Add hot water (you can also add honey to flavour!)
Step 3
Stir and drink to enjoy heightened focus

Ashwagandha
Step 1
Scoop 4g of Ashwagandha root or powder into a mug
Step 2
Add hot water and leave to brew
Step 3
Drink and enjoy lower stress

Black Cohosh
Step 1
Scoop 1.5g of Black Cohosh root into a teapot
Step 2
Add hot water and leave to brew for 10 minutes
Step 3
Drink and enjoy hormonal support

Batana Oil
Massage into scalp
Warm a small amount of oil between your palms, then massage it into your scalp and hair, you can mix this with a carrier oil such as coconut or castor oil if you wish.
Pre-shampoo treatment
Massage the oil into your scalp and hair the night before you wash your hair. Cover your hair with a conditioning bag or scarf and leave it on overnight. Wash your hair as usual the next day, no need to rinse out the oil before shampooing!
Use as a moisturiser on skin and hair
As a moisturiser, batana oil can be used on both hair and body to improve hydration, apply a small amount as a leave-in conditioner to nourish the air
