Knocking Down the Herpes Virus - The Natural Way

What is Herpes?

Over 90% of the population are infected with at least one strain of herpes virus and most of us are infected with more than 1. Its important to know there are many different strains of the Herpes Virus family and lots of different sub strains within that. It’s a hyper intelligent virus that is the root cause of many chronic issues.

If you have ever been infected with Chickenpox, that means you have herpes in your system. It’s also very likely you have HHV4 (EBV) which is the root cause of rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, all thyroid issues, eczema, psoriasis, fibromyalgia, lupus. When EBV feeds on heavy metals such as mercury, it can lead to a host of chronic other issues like vitiligo, rosacea and even Pandas in children.

These viruses are all about replication and have developed ingenious methods to survive in your system. Fortunately there are things you can do to defend yourself and knock down your viral load. Moderate exercise opens up lymphatic pathways and preps the immune system to combat the virus when it does reactivate.
