Black Seed Oil: Consume 1 teaspoon of black seed oil under your tongue once per day. Drink some water/tea/smoothie and swish all together before swallowing to avoid the taste.
Milk Thistle: Consume 1 teaspoon each day in salads or smoothie bowls. You can also steep the seeds to make a tea.
Seamoss: Follow the instructions here to make a gel and consume 2 teaspoons per day at the same time each day
Shilajit: Dissolve a peasize amount in hot water once per day

The shipment arrived on time and in very neat condition. I have been using it around a month, especially for my daughter’s stemming. Her stemming didn’t decrease yet ( too soon probably)but she used to be very picky and she eats things that used to make her gag!
