How to Prepare

Stir 1/2 a teaspoon of lion's mane and a teaspoon of brahmi into hot water. Once cooled add a peasize amount of shilajit and a teaspoon of spirulina and stir. You can add honey for taste before drinking.

This dosage is based off a 70kg adult, if this is for children, moderate the dosages down relative to body weight.
