Add 2 teaspoons (10g) of milk thistle seeds to a salad or smoothie.
Steep 4g of dong quai root in 1 cup of hot water. Do not drink dong quai when menstruating.

After a month of trying the products, I decided to leave a review from the bottom of my heart, which I hope many other women who have reached the same level of desperation as I did will see.
I am a woman, currently 29 years old, and I have been dealing with very large ovarian cysts and endometriosis since I was 14. I love my sea moss gel. After washing it, I soak it overnight with half a lemon. Next day I blitz it up with to some of the lemon juice and pour into a glass storage.
