Suggested use: ½ teaspoon (about 2.5ml) of black seed oil once a day. For our extra strong black seed oil, that is 2-3ml, which is about ½ teaspoon. Do not exceed 1 teaspoon (5ml) a day.
Each bottle of our pure black seed oil contains 30 servings, while the extra strong contains approximately 40 servings
For hair use - mix one part black seed oil with three parts carrier oil (for example, 1 teaspoon to 3 teaspoons) and work into your scalp
For skin use - add 2 drops to your regular face cream.

The Build your own bundle is amazing! I chose Moringa, Black Seed Oil and Shilajit and they have transformed my days. I love my sea moss gel. After washing it, I soak it overnight with half a lemon. Next day I blitz it up with to some of the lemon juice and pour into a glass storage. I take a tablespoon everyday with my collagen shake. I’ve noticed my skin looks the best it’s ever been and my hair is in better condition.
