Our Sea Moss Deluxe is ideal for families, as each jar makes approximately 80 portions.
Step 1: Rinse 15g of sea moss well and leave it to soak in water.
Step 2: After about 2 hours of soaking, the sea moss will expand.
Step 3: Put the sea moss in a blender, cover with water and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
Step 4: Store the gel in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3–4 weeks.
Take 1 tablespoon of gel a day.

Why Our Sea Moss?
Wildcrafted in St Lucia and simply sun-dried, our sea moss is a traditional food you can make into a smooth gel at home and enjoy every day.
Step 1: Rinse 15g of sea moss well and leave it to soak in water.
Step 2: After about 2 hours of soaking, the sea moss will expand.
Step 3: Put the sea moss in a blender, cover with water and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
Step 4: Store the gel in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3–4 weeks.

After a month of trying the products, I decided to leave a review from the bottom of my heart, which I hope many other women who have reached the same level of desperation as I did will see. I am a woman, currently 29 years old, and I have been dealing with very large ovarian cysts and endometriosis since I was 14. At 23, I had my first surgery to remove the cysts, which left my ovaries only half their original size. After my second surgery, I was also left with only one fallopian tube. Each time, the cysts came back. I am trying to avoid surgery as much as I possibly can. Now, at 29, the hormonal changes in my body had completely exhausted me: headaches, leg pain, back pain, weakness, swelling, weight gain, stress, depression, menstrual bleeding that would last for 2–3 months at a time, and so on. If I used to have to remove the hair from my legs every single day, now I only do it once every five days because, yes, my hair has started growing extremely, extremely slowly. The shipment arrived on time and in very neat condition. I have been using it around a month, especially for my daughter’s stemming. Her stemming didn’t decrease yet ( too soon probably)but she used to be very picky and she eats things that used to make her gag! I bought the Autism / ADHD bundle for my 8yr old son. I have been adding the powders to his smoothies for 4 weeks now. Family, friends and school staff have commented on improvements in his behaviour. For example, he was noticeably calm on an evening out, despite a change to his usual routine. I love my sea moss gel. After washing it, I soak it overnight with half a lemon. Next day I blitz it up with to some of the lemon juice and pour into a glass storage. I take a tablespoon everyday with my collagen shake. I’ve noticed my skin looks the best it’s ever been and my hair is in better condition.
