There are 4 separate sessions, you can attend just one or all of them if you wish! We encourage you to get stuck in and attend them all!

Just your laptop, good internet connection, some water by your side and comfortble space where you will not be disturbed so you can fully immurse into the breathwork experience!

Sessions will be every 4 weeks starting July 1st. All sessions are held via zoom, so you can join wherever you are in the world! We will email you the link and details on start times
