The sessions will take place via zoom online with Josh!

Purchase your spot to the summer breathwork by adding to cart and checking out. Then await your email from us with more information on joining details!

We will send you joining details via email, as the session will be over zoom

Do I need anything additional?

Just your laptop, good internet connection, some water and a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed so you can fully immurse into the breathwork experience

You will also have access to the recordings for each session.

    During a breathwork session you can expect to learn more about breathwork and the benefits it has on the body, learn techniques you can do yourself at home and leave feeling more relaxed!

    Can I attend all sessions?

    There are 4 separate sessions, you can attend just one or all of them if you wish! We encourage you to get stuck in and attend them all!

    I have never done breathwork before, can I attend?

    You certainly can! Whether a seasoned professional or a newbie, this session is inclusive for all!
