How to Prepare
How to Prepare
Butterfly Blue Tea: Steep 1 teaspoon (about 1g) of flowers in hot water for 10 minutes. Add lemon to change its colour. Enjoy hot or iced.
Pure Himalayan Shilajit: Dissolve up to 500mg (about a pea-sized amount) in hot or warm water, tea or coffee, once a day.
Full Spectrum Seamoss: Rinse 15g and soak for about 2 hours, then blend with water for 2 minutes into a smooth gel. Keep in the fridge for up to 3–4 weeks and take 1 tablespoon of gel a day.

My grandad was born in Trinidad and grew up in Carriacou. He was still running on the beach every morning at 89, and he meant the world to me. I made this kit in his honour and memory, as a small way of carrying his spirit forward and sharing a little of where he came from.
The Grandad Kit brings together Caribbean-inspired botanicals: Butterfly Blue Tea, Pure Himalayan Shilajit and Full Spectrum Seamoss, each traditionally used to support wellbeing as part of a daily ritual. These herbs don’t explain his long, active life – that was all him. What they are is a daily reminder of him and of the islands that shaped him, and I hope they bring a little of his warmth into your day.
